Terms of Use of the GoalDigger Application (“Application”)
Please read these terms carefully before browsing this site and installing the Application. If you agree to the terms, welcome to our community.
The GoalDigger website is located at www.GoalDigger ai (the “Site”), and the GoalDigger App is available on the Apple and Google stores.
Your continued use of the Application and creation of an account (“Account”) means that you agree to the following:
Terms of Use
Compliance with Age Requirements
a) You must be at least 13 years of age to download, Install, access, or use the Application.
Account Registration
a) To access the Application’s functions, you are required to register and create an account. During the registration process, you will be asked to provide certain Information, including a username, email address, and password. b) The information provided during registration must be accurate, reliable, and up-to-date. This information will be included in your profile. You may also choose to add additional information to your profile. c) You agree to maintain the security of your account and prevent any third party from using your member name or password.
d) You are solely responsible for your profile and activity on this Application.
User-Created Content
a) You are solely responsible for all User Content that you upload, post, display, submit, or otherwise transmit to the GoalDigger App.
Rules of Communication
a) You agree not to upload, post, or otherwise transmit content that is inaccurate, harmful, threatening, obscene, pornographic, defamatory, discriminatory, racist, violent, abusive, harassing, or otherwise objectionable. b) Members who violate these rules may be subject to blocking, resulting in the inability to use the Application.
c) Any questions regarding these rules should be addressed to the Team using the “Contact Us” function.
Disclaimer
a) All content found on the Site and in the Application, including text, images, audio, or other formats (“Content”), is provided for informational purposes only. This Content is not intended to substitute for professional medical or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment. b) Members are strongly encouraged to consult with their physician or mental health professional before applying any advice received within the app. Nothing in the Application should be construed as prescribing dietary changes, medical diagnoses, or treatment.
c) Members who rely on any information contained in the Application do so at their own risk.
d) Links to content not created by the Team are taken at your own risk. The Team is not responsible for claims made by external websites and companies.
Availability of the Application a) We do not guarantee that your access to the Application will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free due to the nature of the Internet. Additionally, we may need to carry out repairs, maintenance, or implement new features from time to time.
Updates a) You understand that the Application is continually evolving. You acknowledge and agree that the Team may update the Application with or without notice to you. Periodically, you may need to update third-party software to use the Application.
Changes to Terms of Use
a) We reserve the right to change these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on the www.GoalDigger.io Site or included in the App’s updated Terms of Use. It is your responsibility to regularly review these changes.
b) Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms of Use.
By clicking the “I Agree” button, the Participant confirms that they have read and understood this Agreement, which takes effect from the moment of confirmation.
